I dunno. The last time I pulled a "Crack-out" session with my GSA C.C.s, I went to eBay; after of course submitting them to PCGS, and I didn't see any real price difference for original vs PCGS slabbed pedigreed.
What is money, in reality, but dirty pieces of paper and metal upon which privilege is stamped?
CentMaster: CC Morgans in original GSA packaging with certificate of authenticity and blck box are generally worth a significant premium over non-GSA Morgans.

Usually! It depends on the grade & date. Those still in the GSA holders; though, not a real high premium.
I looked at the current greysheet and see nothing, GSA C.C. related, rendering a price for such specimens. Sorry!
