E.A.W. Token found in 5¢ roll-good for 5 in trade

I found this token in a roll of Nickles where I work. Does anyone know where it's from or how old it is or if it is worth anything. Thanks alot for any replies.

I found a tavern token that looks "kinda" like yours. Yours looks as though it could be an ancester to one like this:

Here is one that I think is related to yours: The '5' is extremely similar and also are the letters and the dentils. One of the main differences is that this one has the same on both sides and yours has different sides and a wreath around the '5'.

I did a search on Ebay and couldn't find any. TTT for the afternoon crowd.

It looks a great deal like a Minnesota amusement token but it's not listed in the
Alpert-Smith catalog. It could have been made for a different type of establishment
in minnesota around the 1920's or it could be mere coincidence.

The reverse style looks a little older than the obverse style. These can often be nail-
ed down and there are groups who work on discovering the origins of such pieces.

This one will probably prove more diffcult than most.
