Debating on a bust half

its a 1825 Bust Half dollar in XF+ grade @ $80.00. looks very nice. but im not sure what you all think

    You could do worse. Full VF to VF+, the surfaces appear original, if you like the look of this one, go for it!

    If you think $80 is fair for a 20 go for it. I have no clue on current prices for them.

    F is $60 and XF is $105. i got him down to 75$

    It's a nice coin--I'd go for it.

    Then again, as advice, I wouldn't talk someone down if you're still debating whether you'll buy it or not, unless price is the only factor.

    You don't see too many original Bust coins in circulated grades...especially without problems. Looks very nice for a reasonable price. If I were in the market for a VF or better Bust half, I'd choose that one over 90% of what I usually see. Nice price for a nice coin.

    I think that $75 is probably fair for this one, although it looks like there might be some rim damage around 3 o'clock in the obverse picture. I would agree with a vf20 grade....

    score. i figured vf20 was a safe grade and it doesnt look clean. im also getting a 1834 bust half dime and 1858 quarter as weell

    personally, i would pass. it grades vf-20, but is just a average vf-20.
