Coin has reeded and plain edge

Currently the last coin to enter into circulation over here and also the first Bulgarian bimetallic coin.

There is a proof version in the 2002 proof set, available from the National Bank for 30 leva (approx. $17). On Ebay they start at $25

I could have told you it was a 1 Lev coin from Bulgaria but little else.
