Guess Grade on this pretty Buff!

I picked this up the other day for someone becuase I liked the color's. The color's are superb, which tends to catch your eye, but what grade did PCGS assign to it?

Too small to give a confident guess.

I'd say MS-65, maybe MS-66, based on what I see.

Since I've seen basically no 38-D's in less than 64 in a PCGS slab (except real monster color ones), and since that looks nice, I'd guess MS66... granted, I can't see it, but hell
