    It is preferable that the title of the thread have some indication of it's contents or topic.

    Many people use it to indicate the thought continues on...

    ...that they aren't done with the sentence.




    ...or at least that they have no intention of using proper punctuation. image

    Actually it's called an ellipsis and is part of the English grammar rules we all agreed to use when trying to communicate with each other.


    There once was a group that wanted everybody to “speak spell”, but their attitude changed and now they're happy.
