MS69 state quarters? What does it take?

Just got my mint set and the "D" mints seem really nice. My Michigan appears under 10X to be flawless. I have some MS68 state quarters and all seem to have a tick or two. However I have never made a state quarter so I am wondering what PCGS looks for in ms69"s. Obviously a visible tick should preclude MS69 but do they also require anything else? the coins does not have a fully struck "MICHIGAN", the "ICHI" does lack the full depth but its hard to see with the naked eye.

I've made about a dozen MS-69 state quarters. All 2002-P mints from mint sets. I got my 2004 mint sets and the D mints look amazing. Comparing these coins to the to the MS-69 coins I had in the past there are going to be a whole lot of MS-69 state quarters this year. Your coin probably will grade a MS-69 if it looks as good as you say. I did notice on some of my Michigan D's there were faint spots. Might want to check for that.
