Is Super Express a "Guaranteed" 4 day service as written on the submission form

or is it a seven day service? At what point is this guaranteed service late? Example, 15 day regular service "Guaranteed" isn't late until an additional 5 business days have come and gone, in essence making it a Guaranteed 20 work day service, provided there are no shows in which all of PCGS shuts down to attend....just trying to understand the meaning of the word "Guaranteed" and this grace period tacked on to said "Guaranteed Service"!
Anyone able to explain this or is everyone else as equally confused? Why does all of PCGS' grading come to a halt whenever there is a show to attend? Do all the graders pack up and go to these shows, leaving behind a mountain of backed up work at home to hustle a few higher "Coin Show" rates? It's hard to imagine more money being made at shows than what is already sitting in California!image If anyone understands all of this, by all means, please explain it's logic to me....and the rest of us. Thanks.image

    food for thought

I know of AT LEAST one submitter who submits at least 2-5 THOUSAND coins at every show.

PCGS obviously defines their "guaranty" (no ees) in their own manner which doesn't comport with any known language or legal definition.

The best way I can define it is -- it really is a capricious guaranty

    From Merriam-Webster Dictionary

caprice n. 1: a sudden whim or fancy 2: an inclination to do things impulsively

Which makes the terms PCGS and guaranty a true oxymoron when used in the same sentence.

    I don't see a 4 day service.
    Walkthrough $100 2 days guaranteed
Express Special $50 7 days guaranteed

How old are your submission forms? Maybe mine are old. I don't know, but mine has room for 20 submissions and
under Service Level is Coin Show-$100, Walkthrough (2 days)- $100, Discount Coin Show- $65 then 4-Day Super Express-$50

Boom..... Just to clarify this for other forum members that the "super express" is for "dealers only" @ $50.00.... per coin, while Collectors only have the 7 day express available to them @ $50.00 per coin.
