How PCGS grades "split grade" coins?

Lets say a coin like this comes across (this one will not get graded by PCGS because of the old scratch but it's a good example of what I'm talking about)
1803 half dime
This coin looks to me: AG3+ obverse and PO1 reverse (I know, it's a little overgraded) but it has a separate grade for each side. If a coin like this (problem free of course) comes to the grading room what grade it's most likely to receive?
Thank you for the replay

We lean to the worst of the two sides. A coin might get a one grade bump if the better side was way better than the worst side. The coin in the scn looks like a PR01 to me, FR02 at best.
Thanks,
