Ive been though 3 $25 boxes of pennies.
1.) 10 wheats
2> 12 wheats
3> 11 wheats.
avg 11
for every 2500 coins theres 11 wheats per box.
most common date 1945,46
least common, 1910,20 and 28
i did rack up 16 cents in canadian pennies. and just now scored a 2 cent euro.
and now i go to commerse bank and cash in 8000 pennies. shall be interesting to see if they allow me to cashthem all in .
should i start again? should i try another bank? what should i do

I dont think Commerce will have any problems.

The name is LEE!
And, if you go for the dime and quarter bags, SILVERrrrrrrrrr!!!
Jim
When I used to get the bags from my "favorite teller" they almost always had at least a couple pieces of silver in them and one time I got over 80 silver quarters in one bag (apparently some kid turned in his fathers collection because the teller also had a handful of silver half dollars for me).
Don't knock it until you try it.
Jim
When I was a kid, the first time I ever got rolls of pennies from the bank I got $11 worth (probably all the money I had) and got something like nearly 40 wheat pennies! I kept getting more rolls but after that I never got more than 1 or 2 per $10, and eventually got discouraged.
