Does ebay have a set schedule for the $0.01 Gallery fees?

Halfway through posting my 71 Kellogg's cards today I noticed that the Gallery fee was only $0.01 tonight, so I decided to post the rest of my auctions with the Gallery. I've had this happen a few times, but i've never tracked the pattern. Is every Wednesday a one cent gallery day, or is it completely random?

    I think it's random but it does seem to pop up at least once a month.
