Sure can! There is a column on the form for Min Grade. Just fill in your min acceptable grade and you are all set to roll the dice!

You can, but remember, if you're sending in proofs, every scratch on the holder could hurt your chances of getting a cross.

I don't know for sure. It would seem to me that you are willing to accept any grade, PCGS would make it easy on themselves and crack them out. This would allow them to use their standard process. There would be no useful purpose for PCGS to keep them in the original holders.

No--they only crack when the coin is ready to be sealed in their holder. That way, if the coin would be bodybagged at a cross at any grade, it stays in the original holder.

If you want to cross at any grade, crack them--then there's no grade bias, either.
