LOL, that's a good one. I really liked the funniest player's names thread but I think it got deleted.

i thought you were talking about the home run derby. bonds, thome and sosa blew it, while tejada set the record for homers in a single round with 15. berkman was cranking 'em out too. i guess i should have read more than just the title.

BTW Brian, I think the funny names thread might've been to "risque" for the moderators? go figure..

Moe Berg played during the WWII era - catcher for like 5 teams. I gave you two pic of him: on the right is Moe Berg on camera; the guy on the left is Moe Berg on his day off!

Good find p_A, I chuckled when my '65 Wally Moon came in the mail today from DSL. I'll sift through my '65's and try to find more. Do you think they’ll start a “unibrow” registry set?

Personally, I pluck. It's tedious and annoying, but clipping only makes the unibrow come back stronger. Laser hair removal is all the rage these days. However, I'm olive skinned and according to some late night infomercial, I could face possible scarring. Thus, if I want permanent hair removal, I'm left with electrolysis. I have recently started growing hair in my ears, on my nose and Donald Trump long eyebrows that make me look like Milo O'Shea. I wonder who does the hair removal for the MLB these days. I know that Jobe guy did the elbow/tendon from a dead person operation. I just don't have a contact to find out about hair removal specialists for major league teams. Do any of you have a phone number?

i think pedro martinez and roger clemens do most of the hair removal for MLB.

I wonder if one of those guys can toss one at my rectum. That's really my main area of hair gone wild.

With a video cam and a celebrity, we have a multi-million dollar infomercial. I think we might have to include some cork so we don't get sued for intestinal burns.

no need for the cork... in some texas trailer parks they call it a
    barbeque.

I'm going the opposite direction. I've always wanted a unibrow, so I've gone to a local hair replacement center. They're developing the technology to transplant hair from the top of my head to the top of my nose. I may go bald but I can live with it as long as I can sport a furry unibrow.

PS - Didn't Don Mossi have an awesome unibrow to go along with his exaggerated facial features?
