If so, what is the process? Is it still $20 just like the PSA/DNA card deal? What type of holder does PSA/DNA want them shipped in?

Its the same $20.00 deal and they have big card savers for tall boys.
The problem is you won't get a serial number with the card, and it can't be regestired into your set.
