A group of nice Indian cents crossed ebay today. All appeared to be in earlier NGC holders. Very vibrant reds, especially on the 1881.
Out of the 1865, 1881, 1905, 1908, at least 2 of these appeared to be very conservative for the MS65 RD grade. The 1905 looked a tad off in color to me but then again realized blue sheet bid. That still seemed to be way too cheap. The 1881 realized $837 and the 1908 brought $355. Only a few bidders on these even though they appeared a nice fresh group from a well known (and honest) seller.

I just happened to be doing an ebay search when I ran across the 1865 and thought it was a nice coin. Then I saw the other 3 reds coming in just behind it every 7 minutes. These were all nice coins.
I was outbid on the 1881 by $10 and quite a bit on the 1865. But at least I got my hands on one of these at quite a bit under my max bid.
