$100 Bounty for a silver Roosevelt Dime grading PO01

Dig thru those piles of silver coins and find that PO01 silver roosevelt dime and I'll pay you $100. To grade PO01, the Date and Mint mark have to visible (if tere is one) and the coin has to be extremely worn, uncleaned, and undamaged.

Might just be the easiest $100 you ever made.............then again....<grin>.

  • About how long would I need to fire up my sander to get a Roosevelt dime down to a PO01? Just curious… image

Good luck with your quest. image

I'm curious WHY someone would dig up an 11 year old thread on the BST....particularly when it wasn't even the OP doing it and not even an offer to sell what was wanted....???

I've been told I tolerate fools poorly...that may explain things if I have a problem with you. Current ebay items - Nothing at the moment

Check your clothes dryer. Once, when I broke a belt on the drum the repair tech found about 7 really smooth coins in the drum. Non of them were silver though.

    Craig,
I thought several of your Roosies in your old registry set all had a good shot at PO1.??

Up the bounty from $100 since it's been 12 years. Then I'll go to the local coin store and get you 1. image

    Later, Paul.
