I like these

Ive been looking at 3cent silver pieces lately. They look pretty cool. Great design, but alittle expensive. They probably have good potential. Any opinions on this series? I don't think ive heard them mentioned here before.

    Not sure about potential, but yes, many dates can be quite expensive. They are very small coins, so their survival rate (mintage aside) was realtively low I think. Add to that the low mintages of many dates and the price can be high. However, there are some more common dates as well.

    Another thing I like (being a type collector) is that there are 3 types.image I only have Type 1 currently though.

    In any case, they are an intersting coin with an interesting history.

    Check out this website, they usually have a nice selection of trimes in MS grades.
