    a bit too cleaned-white imo, but yes that's a tough date in high grades.

    Yeah, hair over ear seems to indicate strike rather than wear. But there is a scubbed appearance to it. I'd still put it in my album, need one.

    The post 1900 Morgans are not known for strong detail in the breast feather area; so that is likely a combination of somewhat weak strike and wear. Since the PCGS pop for this grade is 34 coins you are probly not likely to find a full page to choose from on eBay anytime soon.

    The C3 reverse was introduced in 1901. With the exception of some very well struck coins, coins with this reverse almost never exhibit breast feather detail.
