Winds of toning howling across the range, brushing past the buffalo's beard. Rust colored toning with purple coming after, thought I read that was a sign of AT somewhere - so I ask? Cheers!

Looks natural to me - like copper streaks in the planchet that these buffs sometimes show.

I have a 1931-S in a PCGS holder graded MS64 that looks like it has the same type of toning. So my guess is NT.
