New Merc. FB?

What do you think? MrSpud and I are in debate about FSB and grade on this raw coin that we found at a flea market. Help MrsSpud win the debate. Attached are pics of the observe and reverse in two different light conditions.

It looks like there is an area on the bottom bands that are conected. I'd say no FSB.

Here's some microscope closeups of the middle bands and the bottom bands to support MrsSpud's position. Does this help with the determination any better?

this to me is a coin that could go either way, but i have it as a split band also, though the bands are not rounded....
