In PCGS's quality control program, do they send coins through unknowing to the graders?
i.e. counterfeits, doctored, highends, etc etc??

Hi Jerry,
If you mean do we send in "test" coins for the graders, the answer is we don't, though we have in the past. Most of our guys have been with us 10 to 16 years and there's a lot of discussion and communication in the grading room. It's a team/consensus opinion system.
Though I believe "test" coins have there value as a feedback mechanism, we're very busy right now, and the graders actually have the process down pretty good in my opinion.
