Wondering if anyone here bought the 12.05 version upgrade? Did it work for you?

Trove tells me I'm one of a few that had a problem getting the upgrade to run on XP.
I'm thinking there are more than a few.

They don't reply to email for weeks now. Tried to call and only a machine.
Anyone have a clue whats up?
