Finally left my first negative feedback

well, after 500 or more transactions on ebay i finally got pissed off enough to neg someone. i don't care about a retaliatory neg, cause the whole situation is ridiculous.

i'm starting this thread to warn others about this loser. his name is Jason Wilder, his ebay ID is Wildpuck1. he mainly sells cheap PSA graded hockey stuff. i've bought several cards from him on three separate occasions. i should have learned my lesson after the first one (it took him a month to send me the cards, he was very unorganized), but i got suckered in again because he was selling PSA 9 rookies for a few bucks each. in mid May, i won 2 auctions from him- a Pavol Demitra PSA 9 rookie for a buck, and a 1958 Plante IA PSA 6 for $10. i didn't have the Plante yet, so i was excited to get it. after about a month, i emailed him asking where my cards were. i never got a reply email, but sure enough a few days later i get a package. sweet i figured, i finally got the cards. nope. in the package was the Demitra PSA 9, and no Plante. i sent one check to him for both cards, and sent him a sheet with the card name and auction numbers. there was NO reason whatsoever for him to not send both at the same time. i emailed him again, and told him i would contact ebay's fraud dept, and the Post Office fraud dept. i figured for sure he would get scared and send me my Plante. nope. that was over 3 weeks ago. so for $10, he now has to deal with a neg, and me reporting him to various authorities. i know ten dollars is not a lot, but it's the principle. in closing, i would recommend staying away from this jackass.

    Irresponsible and fraudulent sellers

Once you attack evil, kind of like another Texan who
attacked evil overseas, others will spit back at you.

Don't worry about it, it comes with the territory of trying to do what's
right, and pursuing people who try to rip you off.

I used to deal with Jason a couple years ago and know exactly where you're coming from. He is extremely slow in shipping and hardly ever responds to email. At first we became friends and I had talked to him over the phone because he had a lot of stuff I was interested in, and a few transactions went okay at first. After awhile, he would also end his auctions a minute before deadline because he didn't get what he would expect on cards and immediately relist it again.....that was the end of it. I don't bid on his stuff ever again. Judging by all the negs he gets on "wildpuck1" shows the mutual frustration bidders have with him (no email response, and 30 days to ship, etc). This name was used primarily for graded cards. He was also using and still uses "wild-card1" to auction off raw stuff that's not grade worthy and that has also accumlated a lot of negs as well. You did the right thing, and he'll probably neg you back. I still have his phone # if you want to yell at him (just PM me). All his modern cards suck anyways. I'm surprised he actually had a Plante card to begin with.

Not to hijack your thread goodriddance189, but on a related note,
I recently received from two different sellers, cards that were auctioned as NM.

Didn't expect cards that would end up being PSA 7's, but I didn't expect garbage either.
Always in the past, I e-mail sellers that grossly overgrade their raw cards, and I have always received a refund.

Frankly, I'm tired of the BS, and just feel like leaving a negative saying cards were not as described.
Would it be wrong to not to give the seller a chance to make things right before leaving a negative ?

  • I am pretty sure this guy will be my first neg as well but since it's only been 2 weeks, I'll wait 2 more. I guess this is what happens since the re-finance industry has dried up as his id is "loans4you".

    beware of this ebayer

Holy cow! That's the worst spate of recent feedback I've ever seen - somebody should check his apartment to see if he's dead!

That guy had positive transactions on high dollar cards, including a Gehrig for almost $1000. MorrellMan may have hit the nail on the head.

Very liberating, isnt' it, Will? That guy certainly deserves it. I've bought from him once or twice and the service was poop. Certainly neutral worthy, but I don't think I bothered. Just added him to my mental list of people to avoid.
