BEWARE...Ebay BAIT and SWITCH artist !!!

What would you do ????
I won this auction last week and paid for it, through PayPal, 15 minutes after the auction closed.
Today, I got a standard #10 envelope from the seller, containing a folded napkin, in which I found a badly knicked RAW Jefferson.
Edited: For the few who seem to have missed the point...It was supposed to be a 2004-P Peace Medal Jefferson PCGS MS66 !
Needless to say, I was quite ticked off.
I emailed the seller who did refund my money, after a small tirade on my part.
But here is the punch line...
I decided to check out his other auctions, and I found this one.
I can't beleive it. This one was placed less than 2 hours after I won mine...
It is the same auction, for the same coin. Evidently, he wasn't satisfied with the closing price of my auction, so he decided that he was not going to sell it to me.
Edited to add: I just noticed that he edited this auction after he received my email.
So, what do you think I should do?

Lincoln Wheats (1909 - 1958) Basic Set - Always Interested in Upgrading!
The auction now states "Please do not bid on this item. It is NOT going to be sold." Right above the bottom picture. I think I am adding this person to my banned list.
are you guys just trying to get ripped off?

Quit buying pocket change.
He refunded your bid price, but did he refund your s/h/i fees; If he didn't he ripped you off.
Looking for PCGS AU58 Washington's, 32-63.
Why step over the dollar to get to the cent? Because it's a 55DDO.
<< <i>Leave it be, he returned your money, move on.

Perfect advice, and I agree whole-heartedly. Move on. You got your money back.
And, check seller feedback better before bidding. Alot of ppl ask here first if they know about sellers before bidding; thats not be a bad idea either.
