Definite Lightside, but....

bosoxbosox Posts: 1,562 ✭✭✭✭✭
I just filled the last hole! Complete Buffalo collection (minus the 1918/7 and the 3-legged varieties) in VF to MS. Most in EF-AU and with good strikes. My only lightside collection. Started this in 1980. Didn't do anything from about 1985 to 2003. Finished it up over the last six months. Now that the chase is over, what do I do with them? Maybe put them away for my kids.

The last one.

If that is a serious RFP, I think we can help you!

    GIVEAWAY!!!

Or maybe you should put them all in PCGS slabs and double your money on eBay.

If I was going to give them away to anybody, you guys probably would be my choice, since I know they would be appreciated. However, my children have told me that, if I do that, they will wait until I am very old and put me a the worst home they can find. It's a close call, but ixnay on the giveaway.

Congratulations!! Your next step? Some people work on upgrading the set. You might even acquire the two you're "missing" if they're within your means and desire.

If you have to ask, you might as well sell them and put the money to better use.

  • Nice set. Nothing wrong with a few lightside coins as long as you still "see the dark". I would love to complete my set of Buffalo nickels as well as walking liberty halves.
So many coins, so little money!

Obviously still a work in progress. Went to a show today and upgraded three of the common date ones from VF to MS-62 or so.
