is this key-word spamming?

I hate this........ I am searching for Morgans that are certifited by PCGS, and I pull up an auction that is actually for a NTC slabbed Morgan, but they used PCGS in the title. Is this reportable?

    Anything to get your auction noticed I guess? ACG, Centles and others do the same thing. They use those key words within the description of the auctions.

    I keyword for PCGS too. I realy enjoy the people who put stuff like 'not PCGS' in thier title.
