how do you get your OWN pic on your profile?

Can anyone help me with this one? I see where you can select other icons that have already been uploaded. Can I use my own? Thanks in advance for your input!!!!

On the 15th of each month they will enable that option.

Have to wait until the 15th of the month when it gets enabled. The picture you use can be a max of 100x100 pixels and 10kb.
