I'm sure this has been asked before, but

The recent thread about cracking out a seated dime and resubmitting it got me to thinking. The owner didn't say it was a PCGS slab, but I'm assuming it is. This is a hypothetical question. Say you crack it out, submit it, and it comes back in a BB due to AT. You have images to back up the fact that PCGS had previously slabbed it. Has this happened? I'm assuming you would be S O L.

Yes, you will be SOL as pictures can be doctored. PCGS guarantee is only if it is in its original holder.

The white slab suggests either ANACS or NGC...my guess is ANACS.

better idea: crack it out & leave it out. no issue w/ stupid body bags that way.
