Lotteries are not permitted on eBay. This also appears to be our good friend Alan Hager. Could this be used in defense against the ACG lawsuit?

And I thought it would be a bluemooncoins auction. This is the kind of auction that David Hall said he would go after for misuse of the CU price guide.

It is not exactly cheating, I prefer to consider it creative problem solving!!!

  • Reported to EBay, as usual
  • Where can you report auctions like this?

Don't you think if ebay really cared that they would place a link to report an auction for abuse/fraud/etc on the auction page?

he's been running that same lottery deal for weeks - it has been reported but since he qualifies as a power-screwer, ebay will do absolutely nothing about it (violation of the rules or not).

Aren't most eBay auctions a "game of chance" anyway?
