03-04 Finest box break - another nice pull

I went to the same shop as I pulled the Jordan Legends auto from last week.
I got a box of 03-04 Finest BK for $100.
My refractors were Artest/250 and a jersey refractor of Mike Miller #'d to 250.
My other jersey was M. Ginobli.
The RC auto in my box was Michael Pietrus (Warriors)/999
The best card in the box: #2 Draft Pick Emeka Okafor Redemption!!!
Sweet card for my collection. Although I wish Topps would follow up like UD in the way that collectors can have an opportunity to redeem their cards online instead of always having to mail it in.
So I ask fellow CU members this question:
Which NBA Rookie will have a bigger effect in the NBA?
Okafor or Dwight Howard?
