Whatever ya do... don't complain!

Hi,

Besides selling fake coins... Pam is already know for MASSIVE and overwhelmingly negative retaliatory feedback… but this is just too much... look what happened to this poor sap you dared complain… obviously the bidder tried to contact Pam via email and phone messages, and did pay however, after not hearing back or receiving the coins (which were most likely counterfeit anyway) the bidder left the following “Item not received, $ not returned, no communication from seller from e-mail/phone” … just check out Pam’s response!!!

Pam's response

OUCH!
image

She hits people like this every time... just look at the counterfeit complaints... she slams everyone so hard that the negative feedback is "mutually" removed... yeah, mutually.

    Pathetic.

As if it's not bad enough that eBay allows this user to sell, but then allows this kind of feadback.

This seller is affectionately known as the "Savannah Scammer". She has been selling fakes on eBay for some time. Apparently their new policy doesn't apply to her.

Here is one of her scams. Sme poor sap is getting taken big time.

    http://cgi.ebay.com/ws/eBayISAPI.dll?ViewItem&item=3919997908&ssPageName=STRK:MEWA:IT
Of course as she says "all looks good to me" Although I have to admit the holder does say three dollar token
  • A token is, by definition, a privet issued piece.

A token is NOT a counterfeit United States Gold coin, which is what she is selling here.

You cannot sell counterfeits, copies or reproductions on Ebay, that do not meet with the US Federal Government’s Hobby Protection Acts guidelines; this coin does not meet those guidelines.

You cannot sell a counterfeit gold coin and get away with it by writing the word "token" on the 2x2.

This is a counterfeit coin… NOT a token.

I reported the auction... if you are concerning... please do the same.

Go to the very bottom of the page, and click on REPORT listing violations or problems with another eBay member.

I bought a coin from rainbowmaniac a couple of weeks ago, paid for it on june 27th. I never received it. So I filed a dispute thru pay pal yesterday and receive a refund last night.

Now it shows as needing to be paid in my ebay. Any idea what this is about? I have sent ebay and inquiry but have not heard back from them yet.

I'm thinkingabout avoiding ebay altogether because of this kind of thing. I'm only playing and buying franklins and stuff for fun, but the time this is taking is becoming like work and I don't buy or sell 100 dollar coins in my business. Not to say anything negative about 100 coins, but it becomes a matter of time and rewards. It's becoming very unbalanced.

  • Hi Tom,

You can ignore that in your "My Ebay" page.

It's really just a "note" or reminder for you... not a formal "you have to pay for this" message.

You can hit the down arrow next to the words and select "paid" on your end... but again, it's just a note... sort of a “reminder” if you will.

Formal reminders come in an invoice that would be emailed to you.

    Tom,
I have only had good dealings with rainbowmaniac. If you payed on June 27th, and now it is only July 9th, maybe you should have waited a little more then 10 days to file a dispute???!!!!

Man, you filed a complaint after a mere 2 weeks? I guess patience isn't a virtue with you.

  • FREAKING UNREAL!!!

Did you see that Pam's Retaliatory "BLACK DEATH" Negative Feedback worked yet again… the scammed bidder has agreed to “mutually” withdraw the negative feedback.

AUGH! Pam’s feedback just went back up to 98.3%, unreal.

I can be a very patient guy. Not in these cases. I've shipped millions of dollars in coins and I don't ever remember it taking more than a week at the most for registered mail to get to someone.

I don't do registered anymore as I have secondary insurance to cover express mail. Reg is way too slow.

I've only had one case; whereas, it took "Registered mail" 4 -1/2 weeks to reach it's destination. Man 'O' man I was paranoid. It was a $900 item. Finally, after the elapsed time, while I was laid up in the hospital I'll add, my som informed me that the buyers received their item. WHEW...Peace!image
