Isn't some info missing here?

Shouldn;t this coin have some sort of designation for R, RB, B?

Does NGC not do that? Is it because of the composition of the coin?image

It think it's because the 1859 has a copper-nickel composition.

No, only bronze/copper/brass coins have a RED, R/B, or Brown designation. This being a copper/nickel alloy does not get any color designation.
