Yep, Penang Island. Tough place to find a coin from. At $5. I don't care that it was harshly cleaned. Who knows when I might come across another affordable one???

The mintage on this coin should have read 1.827 and not 1,827....I wasn't wearing my glasses...as a matter of fact I REFUSE TO! I am not getting old, I am not getting old....say it with me...I am not getting oldimageimageimageimage
  • Oops,

I had one of these in EF and I could not determine what it was so I tossed in a lot and sold it for $78 with 135 other old British colonial coins.

    I think I lost .

I would have had to search every page of Krause to find that one.
