1960 Topps Baseball cuts

i've got a stack of NICE ex-mint to nr mint 1960 topps cards, and i noticed 2 of them have rough cuts on the top edge.. was this common in 1960? could these be "sheet cut"? I dont want to submit them to PSA only to have them come back not holdered.. i'm attaching scans, and on the scans it may look like "notching" or something on the top, but its not.. its just a rough cut..?

i was going to attach scans, but they're "too big".. and I dont know how to shrink them..
