Did anyone in here get the new Baseball Beckett?

Did it come out yesterday? I just want to know the current price on the '91 Bowman Jim Thome if someone can help. It would be issue #233, I believe. Thanks. My online guide is not updated yet.

7 MVP awards, the single season HR record, career walks record, single season walks record, 700HR/500SB, and two batting titles near 40 years old. How can one argue that those aren't stats of the greatest to ever play the game??? All this and there is still more to come!!!! Bonds:2005 NL MVP. Or are you going to doubt him again?

  • Mr.Rookie - Are you kidding??? It went up from $4 to $15 now!?!? I purchased 100 of these recently, so that would be awesome! It is indeed the 1991 Bowman, right? Not the 1992 Bowman?

You're looking at the wrong card... Jim Thome from the 91 Bowman set, card #68, lists at $4, no change in price from last month. It's the most valuable card in the set tied with Chipper Jones, which is also $4. This is coming from the newest Beckett, #233.
  • Someone on the Beckett boards also confirmed that it went up to $15 though. Did it or not?

I think $4 is overpriced personally. And the PSA 10's are way overpriced. They fell in price in last month's SMR and should decline more because it's such an easy card.
