I asked David Hall about slabbing die breaks through the PCGS Mint error program a few weeks ago. He didn't respond...

Please speculate as to what you think PCGS will do? Same as ANACS?

ANACS attributes every VAM known to exist if you pay the fee, and its grading accuracy is... well, perhaps it's best not to reopen that can of worms.

I expect PCGS will begin attributing most of the more recognized VAMs, while continuing to use its strict grading standards.

I do not understand why it has take this long. VAMs have been around for quite some time. Why not include it on the certification as long as you are willing to pay for it.

PCGS needs to become more collector oriented with respect to VAMS, Overton Bust Half varieties and the more significant varieties noted in Breen. Charge for the service, note the variety on the slab, grade the coin. End of discussion.
