I have two limited edition Delaware First day covers. Each with one P and D mint statehood quarter struck on the first day of minting, Dec 7.
The first day cover also has a "flag over the porch" stamp that is postmarked on Jan 4th 1999, the first day the coins were issued.
The covers are still in the unopened cellophane as received from the mint.
$29.00 each and a $1.00 for shipping.
