Ebay rules on coin sales...will they be enforced?

Another thread mentions some obvious violations of eBay's stated policy regarding the sale of coins. My own feeling is that I want to see some enforcement on eBay's part. Does anyone know of an instance where eBay has acted to enforce their new coin sales standards?

    It's there as a scare tactic, Ebay doesn't really give a **** as long as you're ponying over your insertion fees and final value fees.
