Big Kid, I have to respectfully disagree. The BST forum is almost useless for anything other than just pulled cards. This forum is very useful and honestly, if the listing is that annoying it can simply be bypassed. I find the board to be more useful when it is less "policed" by the readers.

Sorry, forgot to add that the vintage forum is kind of slow and all over the place. While the Jim Brown that was listed is vintage, are the Tom Brady and Joe Montana rookies? Seems completely appropriate to me.

i gotta give Kudos to BKAH for respectfully letting him know this isnt the Buy, Sell, Trade forum.. i've seen so many legitimate idiots respond with something like a full page of "SPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAMSPAM" which is WAY more annoying than anybody selling anything.. BKAH did it in a helpful and polite way..

But i also agree that the BST forum is no good.. i glance at it about 1x every couple days..

i also dont mind people posting quality auctions on this forum.. because for the most part, its a totally different group of people on the BST forums.. and I think they all mostly collect basketball cards

I was just trying to be helpful.
and I agree the that the BST board stinks
but the Vintage one (for real vintage items only)
is not that bad. I have sold and traded things there
and promoted my items effectively.

I don't think your a jerk. I appreciate your tact. I do feel this forum is full of this stuff and I personally don't mind it. As far as I'm concerened, If I can't you can't. No harm no foul.. Let's be friends...

BKAH was not being a jerk, just attempting to maintain some decorum here. There are always a few threads here offering material, and it does have a tendancy to have a snowball effect with large numbers of posts offering "stuff" with posts that are germaine to the forum becoming buried.

as long as it pertains to sports cards & memorabilia, i see no problem with being a jerk in this forum. however, spamming your jerkiness is not recommended.
