Anyone know when the 11 piece silver PROOF sets are due from the mint?

Just getting antsy, I didn't order the 5 piece (quarters only) silver set, I want the entire set.

Also, any word on what they'll cost? I assume the previous price of $31.95 for the 2003 will be hiked a few bucks this year, perhaps $35.95?
