OK. Trying to put the Marino Registry set together. What is the best free sniping program to use? I figure I will try it out. Seems this may be the ONLY use for it. image

I tried justsnipe.com this week for the first time.

I too have avoided sniping but now see the value. Caught some good-natured ribbing from the wife after griping about how the snipe is "unfair and not sportsmanlike."

I still don't completely agree but see it as a necessary evil.

Try their free program. 5 snipes a week, 8 second lead time. If you're happy then it costs $5 a month.

  • Ive used auctionstealer for a while. You get 3 freebies a week and it posts within 10 seconds or so of the end. I can only remember one time that it did not work. And it did work in the Mastro auction a couple of years ago when other flamed out.

I will look into justsnipe as well though.

    Good for you.
  • I also use auctionstealer.com, never had any problems. I did however change my Ebay password and forgot to change it on auctionstealer and didn't win. I was pi$$ed, I really need the card! So don't forget to change your login info if you change your password..

  • I started using Esnipe about a year ago and haven't looked back. It's ironic in that I still bid on items myself, but items I REALLY want, I snipe.

I don't know of any "free" sniping programs...you are going to have to pay a little bit for a reliable one.

Yeah, I held out for a long time, AK and SoFL, but once I started using a sniping service, I realized how foolish I was for previously shunning the third-party snipe. I currently use esnipe, but I also do the free justsnipe thing for cheaper/less important eBay items.

I use auctionstealer.com and justsnipe.com. Between the 2, you'll get 8 free snipes per week.

I prefer JustSnipe, because you can set up a JustSnipe button in your Links toolbar. Just browse eBay, and click the button when you want to snipe an auction. Super easy.
