    A couple rules to ALWAYS remember when you get emails from PayPal or eBay:

    eBay or PayPal will ALWAYS address you by your full first and last name in any correspondance they send you. ( NEVER: Dear Customer )

    They will NEVER ask for sensitive info like address, passwords...etc... in ANY emails they send you.

    NEVER click any links in an email. If you hover you mouse pointer over a clickable link in an email you'll see what the address of the link really is. They'll always be bogus address' hidden in what looks like a real link.
    ALWAYS log into your account from the accounts home page.

    The log in screen address should ALWAYS start with https <------- the s means it is a secure site.
