Does anyone know a good link to price these in lower certified grades?

To the best of my knowledge -- and I consider myself very active in the area of Micro-O pricing -- no such guide exists, although Michael Fey puts out a semi-annual guide that covers higher circulated grades. I can say, however, that 1902 Micro-Os are rare in any grade and most examples seen are VG or less. I consider VF or above a major prize. Here are my best guesses as to value:

    Good -- $100
    Very Good -- $250
    Fine -- $400
    When in doubt, don't.

The 1896,1900 and 1902-O Morgans ARE MAJOR RARITIES IN EF and higher. End of discussion.
