Ebay: 2nd chance question

I just sold a 1970's basketball set that wasn't paid for. I tried the underbidder:no response. tried the 2nd underbidder: no response. Now, the 2nd underbidder wants the set. Can I send him another 2nd chance offer? Or,do I sell outside of ebay, since the sale wasn't completed? Have never had this happen before. Any ideas what to do?

By using the Second Chance auction, you'd be afforded the same "protection" as if this bidder was the high one (ability to use feedback, etc.). Of course, you'd also be responsible for the associated fees. Weigh out the options & decide what works best for you.
