Reason for Your ID?

Why did you choose your particular ID? Is there a story behind the name? (Mine is Jersey because I live in New Jersey - although I like the fact that jerseys are collectible items too.)
Wise men learn more from fools than fools learn from the wise.

  • My Italian grandfather offered my parents $100 if they would name me tripoli in 1962. Perhaps he had a good time there before he emigrated to Canada as parts of Africa were under Italian control way back then. My mother thought he was nuts, even though $100 was a lot of money 42 years ago.

I chose my ID before my favorite basketball player was charged with assaulting a hotel worker in Colorado.
  • I used to set up at shows and sell all kinds of stuff. Old lunch boxes, comic books, cards, ashtrays, toys...........I called myself crossroads in collecting until some old broad (who supposedly had a business named crossroads) gave me some gas about it, so I renamed myself interchanges.
So went my ebay id and so on.
