A little help from the Hockey Guru's Please!

I just sorted through about 4000 Hockey cards from the 70's and came across a whole stack of these stickers. About half the stack has a 1978 copyright and the rest are 1979. I am new to hockey cards and can't find any information on these. I have a Beckett Quarterly which was no help at all. As far as I know, there is no annual Hockey guide or catalog of all Hockey cards. Does anybody know how many stickers there were and what the value may be? Thanks!
