Regrade Question.

If you send in a coin in an old green holder for regrade/upgrade and it doesn't upgrade will they crack the coin and put it in a new holder with the same grade?

Regrades are cracked out of the current holder and graded raw. So you would get it back in a current style holder either way.

They always crack the coin out on a regrade and it will always go into a new holder.
