I purchased some 1970 Kelloggs from tschaef on June 21 and made payment via paypal shortly thereafter. I still have not received the cards and have gotten no replies to the emails that I have sent.

Do I have any options for recourse besides giving him/her negative feedback? I know he was selling off the entire set that night, so I hoping some of you fellow members bought some as well and can let me know if you received your cards or not.

I have sold many items to him on eBay and all went without a hitch. This is a holiday time, so I'd be patient. But keep us posted if nothing happens for another 10 days.

If you do not hear from him within a week - I would start the Paypal process to get your money back. If he can't prove he shipped them to you - I think you get a full refund.... Have you tried calling him? You shouldn't have to - but you can get his contact info. and try. That is really annoying and a pain for you to have to deal with.

Officially, I believe the seller has up to 30 days to ship your item. That is written in the "manifesto on ebay"...although it is very stupid to wait so long to ship an item.

It is not unusual for sellers to not respond to email. Again, stupid, but not against ebay policies.

So far, this seller has done nothing wrong.....just be patient for a couple weeks and see what happens.

You never know what's going on in his world right now.

Paypal has Buyer Protection that must be started within 30 days of the auction end. Basically, if the seller did not send the package with signature confirmation they will refund your money (assuming the funds are available). After you log into your paypal account, go to the auction tools tab and click on the Buyer Protection link. There it will explain the process to file a compliant, etc. I don't know when the purchase was made but keep an eye on the time limit to file.

I've purchased from Todd a few times. I don't remember many emails back and forth, but I did get my package in about 7-10 days. I seem to remember them being shipped UPS ground, but I could be wrong. If they did go UPS ground, be patient. Keep in mind that weekends don't exsist at UPS, just weekdays.
