I bought 13 packs of Fleer 2001 Greats of the Game Basketball today (all the store had) at a nice price ($2.50 per pack). I pulled 3 of the Queens of the Court (women players) SP subset (Holdsclaw, Miller, and Blazejowski), 1 Player of the Year insert (Laettner), 2 Coaches Corner inserts (Thompson and Krzyzewski), 1 All-American insert (Marques Johnson), and a Feel the Game Hardwood Classics Camby game-used floor (Meadowlands) card.
And 3 autographed cards: Bob Knight, Kareem Abdul-Jabbar, and George Mikan (Mikan is an unnumbered SP/300)!

That's the best luck I've ever had pack-busting.

That's an understatement! the mikan card is sweet! All the good stuff musta fallin to the bottom of the box! Congrats! If you get the chance, can you scan the Mikan auto to show off?

I recently broke a box of that set open I came about 8 cards shy of the set from it. only 2 doubles (Vince Carter and Pat Riley). And the only inserts I pulled were 2 All Americans (Steve Allford and Bill Walton), 1 Coaches Corner (Adolph Rupp) and 1 (Now Useless because expired) Auto Redemption Laettner Player of the Year

loki - contact Fleer and ask if they will still honor the Laettner redemption. I have had good luck getting Fleer to honor expired rookie redemptions.

I wrote Fleer and this is their respone

"Dear Collector,
You can send the expired redemption in to us. If there is stock for your card, we will honor it. If not we will send you something as a courtesy.

Thank you for your inquiry."
