On page 2 of their submission form (pdf)
"Our liability for errors in grading and/or authentication is limited to our charges for grading and/or authentication only. Any claim must be accompanied by a report from a nationally recognized and reputable grading and/or authentication service."
Think about that
And while we're at it, here's their grading guarantee:
"The grading of coins is subjective and reflects the professional determination of the grader(s) whom examined the coin(s). Customers who believe their coin is under/over graded can resubmit coin for a $5 charge to re-evaluate. If the grade(s) is determined to be accurate the submitter will only be charged for return insurance, shipping and handling. right to replace or compensate at fair market value if insurance was overstated."

Anyone know??
<< <i>SO, let me ask this. If I send in this 1958 PR68 Quarter that is graded DCAM and it is no where even near a CAM, what is the fair market value they would owe me?????
Anyone know?? >>
Nothing--their guarantee just says they'll reslab it and only charge you for return shipping insurance (they'll refund your $5 regrade fee)... then again, what's to stop them from just giving you a DCAM again?
